I'm based in Billericay, Essex. Not that long ago I was in a job that I really didn’t enjoy, having extremely busy weekends trying to cram everything in & always in a rush with the time spent with my horse & my dog.

I was so burnt out & have always thought, there’s GOT to be more to life. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs over the years.

At the end of last year, I decided to take a chance on myself and start building an online business in the health and wellness space.

This was all completely new to me, but I just had this gut feeling that I wanted more from life.

Since then, I’ve started to grow in confidence with the support of the amazing community that comes with this business and started building a life I love.
